1. GelNumberPlates ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.gelnumberplates.com
2. These terms govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it
3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time

2. Product Information

2.1 Custom Products

• All gel number plates are customized as per customer specifications
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration details
• We cannot accept returns for correctly manufactured custom plates (see our Return Policy)

2.2 Legal Compliance

• Our plates comply with RTO standards for private vehicles
• Customers are responsible for ensuring plates meet their local regulations
• We are not liable for fines due to improper display or non-compliance

3. Orders & Payments

1. All orders are subject to product availability
2. Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
3. We accept payments via Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, and major credit/debit cards
4. Your order is only confirmed after payment verification

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via DTDC across India (see our Shipping Policy)
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Intellectual Property

1. All designs, logos, and content on our website are our property
2. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without permission
3. Custom designs submitted by customers remain their responsibility regarding copyright

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the product's purchase price
• We are not responsible for misuse or improper installation of our products

7. Warranties

7.1 Product Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty against:

• Peeling of the gel coating under normal conditions
• Color fading due to manufacturing defects
• Breakage of the acrylic substrate under normal use

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, improper installation, or modifications
• Natural wear and tear
• Plates used in commercial vehicles

8. Governing Law & Disputes

1. These terms are governed by Indian law
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts
3. We prefer to resolve issues amicably before legal action
